Social Group for Gay Youth in Christchurch

Q-topia is a fabulous group dedicated to providing a safe and fun social environment for queer young people in the Christchurch area. Anyone between 14 and 26 can join us.

We organise lots of fun events that everyone can enjoy ranging from chilled out coffee nights to trips around New Zealand, hooking up with other gay groups.

Queer is a reclaimed word that includes people who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, intersex, takatapui or questioning. Q-topia also welcomes straight/heterosexual young people who are comfortable in our company. Friends or support people can also attend.
